it was a nice, clean and modern budget hotel. we stayed over the New year, so I would guess the prices were elevated at the time. A lot of people have written, that it has horrible breakfast, but as a budgethotel, I would call it pretty standard. Not fantastic in any way, but you could have a breakfast and it was ok.

The hotel is in a nice modern building. The staff was professional and helpful, and they even responded to our request about having a room in the upper floors. We had a nice and comfortable room with a great view from the 8. floor, and the bed was amazing, I would say the best one we had during our 3 weeks trip in Mexico. The room was clean every day.

Another great stay here (this would be my third time). I didn't wake up early enough to try their included breakfast but loved the nearby restaurants below. Friendly staff, great rooftop pool and spacious, clean rooms.

The staff in this hotel is extremely frendy,especially the breakfast team !!the room where always clean as I stayed 5 days every single day after long day of traveling around Ycatan I found the room nice and fresh The hotel is just next to the long distance bus stop so you can just step out and you are on the bus stop and in the same time just 15 minutes walking from the cathedral in the center Merida is lovely town to see and discover!!!

The staff was awesome, very helpful, friendly and attentive. they were there every time we needed something with out being in your face all the time. Perfect amount of service.

The breakfast was awesome, the room was well appointed but no refrigerator. The bed was luscious.

1. Location is great, 15-20 minutes walk to central area (or a cheap ride with Uber or local taxi). We preferred to walk and it seems safe. 2. There are plenty of restaurants on the ground floor in this complex. 3. Bar at the roof to grab a cold drink.

The location of the hotel Is amazing. Hotel located in small mall. There are cool restaurants just cross the hotel. Every night there is a live music in the mall. Staff is so friendly. BEST THING IS VERY STRONG WIFI FOR REMOTE WORKERS.
